I'd like to retract my previous review. It was frustrating when I wasn't able to reach anyone for support, but, i decided to write again once more, and had finally received a response. With outlining the issue, I was able to successfully get my account finally verified (my card was updated, physically, and bore no name to prove that it belonged to me, among other issues).
