• What are the requirements and responsibilities for the Moderator status?

  Moderator is an active person willing to regularly monitor public chats and help keep communication within the community within acceptable limits, in accordance with the existing chat rules. There are a few rules to follow within the public chats, they are quite simple and logical. Moderators receive a special badge, honorable recognition amongst other Platform users as well as useful rewards from PO TRADE.
  A minimum of 300 positive chat rating is required to apply

• How to manage the public chats?

  There are a few good form rules that we advise you to follow in addition to the general chat rules

  1. Be polite, respond and guide customers, provide them with links to sections where they can find the required information or instructions on how to submit a support request in the appropriate section

  2. Do not dispute or conflict with other users. Be the one to whom people turn for wise advice and help

  3. Encourage useful messages from other users with a positive rating, and mark negative content (ads, referral spam and links, posting of and begging for promotional codes, rudeness and use of foul language) as negative.

  4. If you find persistent violators of the chat rules, report it to the administrator
